Topics and resources will include:

  • A take-home sprouting kit and seeds;
  • How to sprout greens on your countertop or windowsill;
  • Types of seeds that you can sprout all winter for nutrient dense bites, and for very little cost;
  • Preparing food with your sprouts and recipes;
  • Planting a small make-and-take pot of pea shoots;
  • Growing sprouts with kids and/or in a community;
  • Sprouts and food safety.
